NTU Psychotherapy "Ntu" is a term borrowed from the Bantu of central Africa. It loosely translates as “essence.” Similar terms from other cultures include prana, life force, chi, and Tao. Ntu is the basic energy of the universe that is in and sustains all of existence. Ntu is an approach to problem solving/solution building that is based on the core principles of ancient African and Africentric worldview, nurtured through African American culture.
